This page explains how to request access, correction or deletion of information, manage ZSOS™ account information or revoke a Google connection.
1. Requests
Subject to applicable law, you may request:
- access;
- correction;
- deletion;
- restriction/objection where applicable;
- withdrawal of consent;
- portability where applicable;
- marketing opt-out;
- ZSOS™ account closure/deletion;
- Google disconnection/data deletion;
- information about processing.
2. Submit a request
Email:
Suggested subject:
Privacy / Data Request
Include:
- name;
- company;
- email used with Zain Media;
- relevant service/account;
- requested action.
Do not send passwords.
3. Verification
Zain Media may reasonably verify identity/authority before acting.
4. Access/correction
Requests may be made for access to and correction of personal information.
Rights do not automatically require disclosure of another person’s confidential information or information legally permitted/required to be withheld.
5. Deletion
Deletion may be limited where retention is required for:
- law;
- accounting;
- security;
- fraud prevention;
- disputes;
- contracts;
- another lawful requirement.
Backups may be deleted through their normal retention lifecycle.
6. ZSOS™ account deletion
Until an in-product self-service deletion function is confirmed, requests should be submitted by email.
Closing the portal account does not automatically require deletion of lawful accounting, contractual or security records.
7. Google revocation
Users may revoke Google OAuth access independently through their Google Account controls.
Where an in-product disconnect function exists, it may also be used.
Users may ask Zain Media for assistance.
Revocation does not depend on payment of an outstanding Zain Media invoice.
8. Google-connected data deletion
After valid disconnection/deletion, Google user data no longer required for functionality will be deleted subject to applicable legal/security/platform requirements.
9. Cookie consent
Cookie preferences may be changed through Cookie Settings.
10. End of engagement
Zain Media’s operational target is to remove unnecessary agency access and complete ordinary access handover within seven business days, subject to technical/platform constraints.
11. Project files
Ordinary project working files are generally retained for three months after the engagement unless the contract states otherwise.
Later retrieval, if files still exist, may be separately chargeable.
This rule does not automatically apply to personal/legal/accounting records.
